Originally from Union and now living in Old Bridge with her husband and their beloved dogs, Jackie is the backbone of the Michael Martinetti Group. Licensed since 2020, she quickly realized her true passion wasn’t in selling homes but in running the business behind the scenes. As Director of Operations, she oversees every aspect of the team—managing systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring every transaction runs seamlessly from contract to closing.

Her mix of real estate knowledge and business acumen allows her to anticipate challenges and keep the team operating at its best, all while ensuring clients receive the highest level of support. Known for her sharp organization and no-nonsense approach, Jackie keeps the group moving forward with precision and care.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her cheering on a baseball or softball game, spending time with her pups, or soaking up the sun on her favorite beach in Aruba.
